Treating Gum Disease Naturally

Treating Gum Disease the Right Way

In our previous article for treating gum disease we discussed how nature can play a big role in the fight of getting rid of and treating gum disease. Now, we are going to go a little more in depth on how to destroy and get rid of pockets and bleeding gums more efficiently. Treating gum disease is NOT rocket science and more than likely you will NOT need surgery. There are many people that have bad cases of gum disease and truly need a solution to help battle this gum destroying disease. It has been just over 2 weeks since my past posting and I can tell you that my teeth are much whiter, a large pocket on the back of my gums has decreased almost in half. In the process of treating gum disease, I didn't realize how bad my teeth and gums really were!

Gum Disease Should NOT Wait for Treatment

The longer you wait when treating gum disease, the worse it will get! I have found that plaque, NOT only makes the teeth look bad, but it is very dangerous and can cause an immune response in the rest of the body trying to fight the plaque. This immune response will more than likely cause more build up in the body and if you have heart disease, make that condition even worse! Treating gum disease is much more important than making sure your teeth look good! I can tell you that in treating gum disease your back molars are by far the most vulnerable and  hardest part. At least this is how it was for me. The best tool you need in treating gum disease is a motorized tooth brush that is battery operated or has some sort of power supply. When treating gum disease, you must reduce and eliminate all plaque. Your teeth may bleed temporarily but in due time they will get stronger. If you use the oregano oil 2 to sometimes 3 times per day, this will give a big boost! Swishing around this powerful oil in the mouth, especially in the areas that need it the most will help tremendously. Having the proper tooth paste that DOES NOT have fluoride and is a natural tooth paste will be the best!

Other Tips to Use for Treating Gum Disease Naturally

One of the best tips for treating gum disease I can mention is to swish the oregano oil around where the gums are actually bleeding. This means that it will bleed a little longer and you will need to stop the blood by rinsing with cold water several times. This will get into the infection and help destroy it, thus a big step in treating gum disease the natural way! This is a crucial part of getting rid of any gum infection. Remember this may take up to 3 times daily doing this but you will notice a major difference in 1 to 2 weeks! You must keep your mouth as clean as possible and never wait more than several hours to brush, floss and swish 3 to 4 drops of oregano oil in 1- 2oz of  water in your mouth. The longer you wait in treating gum disease, the more time the infection has to multiply and get worse! It's like fighting a blazing fire, you want to get ahead of the spreading of the flames!

I am Successfully Reversing My Gum Disease. I reversed my gum disease in days by using a Philips Sonicare sonic toothbrush and a Naturesmile’s Gum Balm. I have had two exams since April 6, At the most recent exam the worst readings were fifteen "4"s and four "5"s. That's improvement!

Try an electric toothbrush that has a rotating and oscillating (back-and-forth) action. This type of toothbrush is better at removing plaque than a regular toothbrush.

Healthy gums are strong and perfectly wrapped around the base of the teeth. A careful mouth hygiene, which includes daily brushing and flossing, helps prevent a gum disease, like gingivitis and periodontitis
Bleeding gum treatment is caused by the bacteria that flourish in your mouth after you eat and the food particles that are leftover.
